The delivery option is available for the NYC area only. A&M Floral Place does not ship orders. If you would like your order will be delivered beyond NYC, please contact us.

We deliver orders in the time window chosen during checkout. We have 3 delivery windows: 9am - 12pm; 12pm - 5pm; 5pm - 8pm. Straight delivery time is not provided by our floral shop. If delivery is delayed - our manager will call the recipient in advance.

A&M Floral Place can only make one delivery attempt for the order. If you made a mistake in the delivery address - the order will be fulfilled online, and re-delivery should be paid extra.

Same-day flowers delivery is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM. If the order is placed after 3:00 PM delivery may be provided on the same day only if there are available delivery slots (please call 917.201.9744 to be sure). In other cases, the delivery will be provided on the next day.

The minimal fee for delivery is $22. The final fee depends on the exact address and is calculated during checkout. If the delivery fee is not calculated at checkout and you see only a pickup option - Please call us at 917.201.9744 or email us directly at contact@amfloralplace.com to place an order outside of our delivery area that is not accepted online.

DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS

When placing your order, be sure to include the phone number of the person who will pick the flowers up in the hospital, because our delivery staff is not permitted to go into the hospital room. We also can leave flower arrangements at the reception or with security staff.

The store hours for pickup: 10 am - 5 pm. The address for pickup is 8421 7th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11228.
