REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS


To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at least 24 hours after the requested delivery date or within seven (7) days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, or Mother's Day. This will allow us to make sure that the order has not yet been created by the florist or sent out on delivery. If we are able to cancel the order we will provide a full refund. 

A&M Floral Place buys the finest flowers from around the world and our goal is to deliver the freshest and highest quality cut flowers to our customers in NYC. All flower orders are final. No returns or exchanges. Once flowers are dropped at their delivery address.

Flowers are highly perishable and time-sensitive products. A&M Floral Place provides flower care instructions with each order, please follow our care tips. A&M Floral Place is not responsible for damages resulting from customer absence, deliveries left in inclement weather when the recipient is not home, products left in the packaging or improperly handled by the customer. If you are not satisfied with the condition of any items received, contact A&M Floral Place within 24 hours of receipt and provide your order number and clear photographic images of the product(s) in question, evidencing all affected stems via email to contact@amfloralplace.com. A&M Floral Place will offer replacement products, or issue a refund for photographed items at its discretion. A&M Floral Place may require a return of the product before any replacement or refund is issued.

DELIVERY AREA

A&M Floral Place provides flower delivery service for New York City area. The cost of delivery is dependent on the delivery address and will be calculated for you at checkout. If the delivery fee is not calculated at checkout and you see only a pickup option - Please call us 917.201.9744 or email us directly at contact@amfloralplace.com to place order outside of our delivery area that are not accepted online.

DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS

When placing your order, be sure to include the phone number of the person who will pick the flowers up in the hospital, because our delivery staff is not permitted to go into the hospital room. We also can leave flower arrangements at the reception or with security staff.

RECIPIENT AVAILABILITY

We deliver orders in the time window chosen during checkout. Straight delivery time is not provided by our floral shop. If delivery is delayed - our manager will call the recipient in advance.

We can only make 1 (one) delivery attempt for the order. If nobody is at the delivery address, our delivery person makes up to 3 phone calls to the recipient's phone number. If nobody answers by phone or the recipient is not available when the delivery person attempts to deliver, we will follow delivery instructions or leave the order near the main entrance and send a text message. After all these steps have been done the order will be fulfilled and we are not responsible if flowers will be stolen.
